Cycling Bukit Tunku and Car Free KL

During my last trip to KL, I took the opportunity to cycle up Bukit Tunku and Car Free KL. I also took the MRT from ‘Chan Sow Lin’ to Putrajaya too, loop PNR (video wip). (Blog Taking MRT from KL to Putrajaya. https://sengkangbabies.com/sports/bri...) ~~ ~~ Cyclists in KL will always warn you. KL is not flat, expect hidden slopes! This is the third time I submit Bukit Tunku (aka Mayor Hill). Each time with a different bike! POI on GoogleMap is "Lookout Point @ Changkat Tunku". It is about 20-30% tougher than Singapore’s Mount Faber. Bukit Tunku’s last 200m is elevation 9-11%, engage small chainring and just pedal. Many will curse and swear while climbing, but the submit offers the Best KL skyline view! Both sunrise and twilight views are stunning. (You will meet many joggers and cyclists along the way.) Before Bukit Tunku, do stop by ‘Jalan Tunku Putra Lookout Point’ to selfie the KL towers too. This is a popular 打卡 spot. (This route was shared by ex OCBC-ride kaki Kevin) ~~~ ~~~ Part 2. I pop by KL Car Free Sunday after Bukit Tunku. This event takes place every Sunday, 5 or 7km loop. (from 0700 to 0900) Walk, Jog, skate, or cycle. Families and friends were out in force to enjoy the day. Super happening, I Love the community vibes! (and I miss SG’s car free Sundays).
