Jacinta Ngobese Zuma, Dr Gordon Lesley Rolls and Mamile Sikhosana have secured court relief in their urgent application against President Cyril Ramaphosa and others over their alleged exclusion from the National Dialogue process. The applicants argue that they were excluded without consultation or a lawful process despite participating in the National Dialogue since March 2026.
