Stryd brings a new level of analytics to your training. For decades runners have relied on heart rate, perceived exertion or other basic methods to track and analyze your training. Power cuts through the variabilities of any other metric. I have been using Stryd for nearly 2 years now and have been able to bring a higher level and more accuracy to my training.
