Charla tab - taller de arquitectura de bogotá

The Bogotá-based architecture studio tab-taller, led by architects Daniel Bonilla and Marcela Albornoz, focuses its professional practice on a series of parameters that enrich the architectural experience: “Emptiness vs. Fullness,” “Mutability,” “Skin,” and “Static Dynamism.” Their works always engage in a dialogue with their surroundings. They manage to interpret the urban condition of the contemporary metropolis while simultaneously establishing sensitive dialogues with cultural traditions and materials in suburban areas. These four parameters are articulated in such a way that they allow them to successfully resolve one of the great challenges of contemporary architecture: the duality posed by the local versus the global.
