A perfect dessert for guests or with coffee – soft dough, creamy filling, and fruity flavor. 🍒🌿 🔺 For the choux pastry: – 100 ml water – 100 ml milk – 1 tbsp sugar – 1/3 tsp salt – 80 g butter – 150 g flour – 3–4 eggs (depending on consistency) 🔺 For the cream: – 200 g cream cheese (cold) – 100 g powdered sugar – 200 g cream with 33% fat (cold) 🔺 Additionally: – Dried cherries or other berries/dried fruits of your choice 💡 Tip: Spread the dough evenly thin and bake well.
