Spicy pot with Sichuan pepper

Sichuan has three famous pots: hotpot,soup pot and spicy pot. Here is the well beloved spicy pot, in Chinese it’s called ma la xiang guo which literally means spicy and tongue tingling fragrant pot. This is the most versatile chines dish in my point view. You can put in any meat, veggies, toufu products, seafood at your preference. The whole process is just like a super easy stir fry.
