Reading & Northern (ex- Reading) 2102 (8/13/2023) Passes Leesport, Pa.

Traveling on the return leg of a round trip from Reading to Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, and back, Reading T-1 4-8-4 #2102 uses the former Reading Company mainline while blasting its haunting Reading 6-chime whistle through two adjacent grade crossings and past railfans, photographers, and videographers alike at the sharp bend of a Leesport road intersection. 2102 still burns coal, resulting in a show of smoke commonplace in the early-to-mid 20th century.
