A former outdoor swimming pool was decided to be "grabbed" under the garages by a Kryvyi Rih "developer" a few years ago. You may have heard about this story - how residents blocked excavation work in the courtyards of high-rise buildings in Block 97, as a result of which 4 garages were to be built. Two parallel trials - a criminal and a civil one - lasted for more than two years. And everything seemed to be going to the point that residents could have already prepared hoes and shovels to fill the pits and form a full-fledged green zone, but... But today, in the re-examination of the civil case, Judge Popov overturned his previous decision and the case went to a new "circle".
