So far we have lost 40lbs in 2 months and gained a lot of strength back. Quick update: Haven't been able to train consistently due to injury from 2017. After a family loss I picked up bad habits and gained a lot of weight. February is when I decided to stop all the bad habits and train again. Started at 240lbs fat, and now at 199.6lbs today. Fortunately pain free. Current lifts: Deadlift 500lbs for 4 reps Squat 315lbs for 7 reps Muscle ups for 4 reps Bench press 265lbs for 5 reps Military press 175lbs for 3 reps Bent over row 205lbs for 5 reps weighted pull-ups 65lbs for 5 reps Barbell curl 100lbs for 8 reps Barbell skullcrusher 100lbs for 8 reps 1 mile run in 6 minutes and 1 second.
