OCTOBER VLOG #1 (TRAINING,DIET,FLEXING/POSING,PLANS)

OCTOBER UPDATE! FOR QUICK UPDATE READ THE DESCRIPTION: Starting the video off with an intro on the overall video. Training summary explained : I am in a hypertrophy phase, like what i did last year i am doing the same thing with undulating reps/sets/weight (DUP) but instead of the low reps high weight, I'm using low weight high reps ( high volume/low intensity). My goals right now : 1) To pack on more size on my quads,hamstrings,calves, & glutes 2) Pack more size on triceps 3) Get more conditioned and stay injury free 4) Build my way back up to intensity, but increase volume weekly Diet/macros/nutrition: Maintaining my bodyweight at 190lbs with 4000-4500 calories! keeping fat about half of my bodyweight in grams, carbs around 500-600g , protein about 190-200g Future plans: To get conditioned and compete in a bodybuilding show or a power meet! to try mens physique out! video game review: Uncharted the Nathan Drake collection! One of the best games out there that does it right! So many lack great dynamic gameplay but this captures it! Easy to connect with the protagonist, filled with likable characters, great script like a blockbuster action flick, amazing story, and best of all, includes 3 games in one package!
