This super cute, delicious Happy Hippo cake is not only a hit with children, but also a real eye-catcher and treat for all adult birthday children! A fluffy stracciatella sponge cake filled with chocolate bar cream – decorated with whipped cream, dark chocolate, and lots of adorable hippos – a brilliant idea for any birthday party!
