25 min Yin Yoga Deep Stretch Practice for Lower Body | Release, Relax and Let It Go
This is a 25 minute Yin Yoga practice for lower body deep stretch. It will help you to release, relax and let go of any muscle tension, stiffness and soreness in your hips, lower back and hamstrings. But they are not just simple stretches. This gentle flow is for your SOUL. It is not only some physical movement, it is a meditation in the best sense possible. 25 minutes of Yin Yoga slow stretches with a focus on breathing and awareness. This is all you need when you feel stressed, worried, lost. Today there will be less talking and guidance from my side, and more of silent focus and awareness. I hope that deep breathing and beautifully relaxing music will make you observe, rethink, feel deeper, become vulnerable, sensitive and then find the emotional release meanwhile we work on the physical muscle length. Surprising magic of this yoga practice. I encourage you to give yourself an opportunity to heal, to let go, to focus on what is truly important. I encourage you to allow yourself to breathe deep, to feel and find peace. This yin yoga practice will help you through times of life difficulties or simply through a bad day when you feel drained and exhausted. As you step onto the mat remind yourself that this is your safe space. There is no judgement, no criticism. You don’t have to be perfect. Bring all your imperfections onto the mat and sit with them. Listen to your thoughts and worries. Acknowledge them and accept. Perfection is impossible. You are unique and very special. Your existence is a miracle. I hope this practice will make you feel this way. Remember that our health depends on daily movement and physical exercise. Our mood and mental health can be changed and sustained with the help of simple moves and stretches. Choose to feel good and follow along with this 25 minute yin yoga deep stretch practice. Now inspiring words aside, this practice will help you enjoy some sweet deep stretches that we would hold slightly longer than you might choose to hold if you were practicing by yourself at home. Company is always good. So let’s do it together. These stretches will be perfect after a run, hike, spin class or strength workout. It will be that beautiful touch that your body is often craving. That is 25 min for passive lower body flexibility focused stretching. This practice will also be perfect at the end of your day or any time when you desire to slow down, to move your body in a gentle way alongside your peaceful breathing. You don’t need much to complete this practice but you can choose to bring a couple of pillows or blankets to feel a little bit more relaxed in some stretches like seated forward folds or lizard lunge.
