20 MIN. BOOTY WORKOUT + WEIGHTS - build your butt & pump
This is a 20 minute booty workout to build your booty and grow your glutes. You can use weights for better results and to make your booty burn more. I used an 8kg kettlebell and loved the intensity and pump after the 20 minutes.This workout helps lifting your butt, grow it, and make your glutes strong. If you prefer less weights, more weights or no weight, you can also do that of course. Combine this workout with my other booty workouts for better results and you can do this from home or wherever you want.
