Recommended for strengthening your back, arms, and shoulders. This is an interval-based format, repeating with a 30-second rest between sets. Try practicing with a trainer using a resistance band that suits you. Recommended for beginners and those unfamiliar with training. Please try it along with the video. 【Recommended Frequency】 1-2 sets per day 2-3 days per week 【Menu】 0:00 Introduction 0:20 Back ① (Latissimus Dorsi & Rhomboids) ●Explanation: If your shoulder joint is stiff, you can lower the resistance band in front of your body. 1:02 Back ② (Trapezius & Rhomboids) ●Explanation: Tuck your chin, look straight ahead, puff out your chest, and bring your shoulder blades together. 1:43 Upper Arms + Underarms (Serratus Anterior & Triceps) ●Explanation: Secure the resistance band around your shoulder with your opposite hand. 3:06 Arm ① (Triceps) ●Explanation: Fix your elbow and pull the resistance band diagonally downwards. 4:29 Arm ② (Biceps) ●Explanation: Stabilize your elbow by fixing it against your thigh, and bend your elbow. 5:51 Shoulder (Deltoid Muscle) ●Explanation: Raise to just below the collarbone.
