CC 201 92 is a locomotive imported in 1992 and officially began operating on December 6, 1992. This locomotive, with the factory serial number 46880, has been stationed at the Bandung Locomotive Depot since its arrival in Indonesia. At that time, this locomotive frequently served on the Pajajaran Railway, now known as the Lodaya Train. However, it did not rule out the possibility of serving on other trains, such as the Kahuripan, Pasundan, and even the Economy Class Trains and Langsiran. In 2006, the 92 was involved in a collision with the Turangga Train in Karangsari. At the time, the 92 was serving a special train service heading towards Banjar. There were no fatalities.
