Engraver.com Sharpening System - Part 2 - 105 Degree Graver

In Part 2 of our introductory videos, Tira Mitchell introduces Engraver.com's new Sharpening System. This video demonstrates using the 105 degree Graver Block and Square High Speed Steel Gravers. The system is specially designed to accommodate a wide variety of graver shapes, sizes and materials. Developped in cooperation with Joacim Jansson, this system is an inexpensive way to make gravers quickly and consistently. Using a series of blocks, insert gravers into holes drilled at specific angles to create, sharpen and polish parallel heeled gravers. 90 degree and 105 degree blocks are currently available. Create faces of 45, 55 or 60 degrees. Fix the faces of pre-shaped gravers. Add exact heels to flats. Use with a hone or Engraver.com's 5 Inch Diamond Disk Holder.
