Bob Hoffman 1943 Leg Workout and Review

I fired up the DeLorean and went back in time to 1943 for a Bob Hoffman York Leg Workout. Some unique exercises I had never done before, an unusual set and rep scheme but ended up being more challenging than I initially thought. Note: Rapid Full Squats could also be switched out with Overhead Squats (Bob allowed you to choose between the two).
