Using a weighted ropeless jump rope, we alternate every other minute between classic swinging patterns and unique strength-based movements — including presses and controlled upper body work — while maintaining a steady, repeatable leg pattern. The consistent lower body rhythm (four-count doubles and four-count singles) makes this workout approachable, while the creative use of the weighted ropes challenges coordination, focus, and upper body strength. It’s a fun way to work your brain and body at the same time. This workout is low impact and joint-friendly, with options to modify intensity throughout.
