And since a significant number of migrants are retirees, choosing a location can be critical in the long term. Prices are rising not only for real estate, but also for living expenses, services, and everyday products. If a person doesn't factor these nuances into their 5-10-15 year lifespan, they may suddenly find it difficult to live on a standard pension and have to survive.
