Vehicles are only allowed to enter via the underground parking lot, but large vehicles are unable to enter at all due to height restrictions. "With vehicle access completely blocked, garbage collection trucks cannot enter either, so as you can see, trash is piling up like mountains in front of the apartment's main gate." Security guards are forced to move the trash one by one to the general road outside the apartment complex. The inconvenience is compounding as even food waste is not being disposed of on time. Even when moving, people use carts to transport their belongings. How did the apartment complex's main gate end up blocked? The road in front of the main gate is part of Pukyong National University's property, and the university has blocked general vehicle access. During the reconstruction process, the association received consent from Pukyong National University to allow entry for "emergency vehicles." However, a conflict has arisen over whether moving trucks and garbage collection vehicles are included in the definition of "emergency vehicles." {Apartment Reconstruction Association Official: "We fully funded all infrastructure construction near the back gate of Pukyong National University. It cost 1.039 billion won. There was no separate discussion during the construction, but in 2025, they are saying that moving trucks are not allowed, delivery services are not allowed, and everything is prohibited."} "On the other hand, Pukyong National University counters that they meant only fire trucks and ambulances are permitted.
