Welcome to This Week in the Field — a weekly recap series where I break down the real jobs I completed, what I charged, what went right, what went wrong, and the lessons learned while running a handyman business. This week included wrapping up existing projects, starting larger jobs, and working through the first week of having new employees in the field. In this episode I go over finishing a fence post replacement project, starting a major demolition project, beginning a drywall repair job, handling a small cleaning project for a property manager, and managing a mold remediation project.
