Jobs I Price Differently Than I Used To
In this video I talk about the types of jobs I price differently today compared to when I first started. Over time I've learned that not every job can be looked at strictly in terms of labor hours. Some jobs involve unknown conditions, troubleshooting, multiple visits, or factors that aren't obvious until you're actually doing the work. I discuss several types of jobs that changed the way I think about pricing and some of the lessons I've learned through experience. This isn't a video about how to build estimates or calculate pricing. It's simply a discussion about how experience changes the way you evaluate certain types of work. This channel focuses on the real-world side of running a handyman business — the work, the decisions, and the realities of being in the field. Thanks for watching. #handyman #handymanbusiness #contractorlife #trades #smallbusiness
