Spinal Qigong Exercises (3rd section of Beginning Tai Chi Qigong Exercise Class)
This is the 3rd section of our Tai Chi Qigong Exercise Class also known as the Spinal Qigong Exercises. Although the video is a bit long due to my description of the movements it will take approximately 25 to 30 minutes total when you practice the exercises with the other video (sections 1 and 2) I posted. It is a great way to activate the ligaments, tendons, and muscles of the back, especially in the lower back known as the lumbar section.
