YOLÜSTÜ LEZZET DURAKLARI: İstanbul-Bodrum | Susurluk tostu, Akhisar köfte, Söke kuyu kokoreç

Hello everyone, I'm here with the channel's first roadside food stop video. We're heading from Istanbul to Bodrum, eating all the way. Our first stop is Susurluk, followed by Akhisar, and finally Söke, where we're tasting a variety of delicious local delicacies. Our first stop was Düzdağ Tost in Susurluk. This is one of my go-to places for years. With its unique sausage, local cheese, and delicious toast, it was another fantastic start. Our second stop was Köfteci Orçun in Akhisar, but before that, we took a short break at Karakazan Paçacısı for soup. Then we tasted their famous meatballs, made only with beef, onions, and salt. Served with a delicious flatbread, it was truly delightful. Since we were in Akhisar, we couldn't leave without visiting Uğur Katmer Salonu. The crispness, flavor, and skill of the katmer (a type of Turkish pastry) were truly unforgettable. Our final stop was Latmos Kuyu Kokoreç in Söke, Aydın. This kokoreç, cooked in a pit for about 7 hours, was quite different from the kokoreç we've shown on the channel before. Served with toasted bread, the aroma and taste of this kokoreç were truly unforgettable. My friend Gökhan Alacahanlı accompanied me on this journey.
