Lost and Alone | My First Solo Trip in my Stealth Micro Camper

After spending the last little while building my DIY stealth micro camper from scratch, it's finally time to take her on the road! Join me on my first solo van life adventure in the UK as I continue my DIY van conversion, embrace solo female travel, and start over in my mid-30s—one adventure at a time. This week marks a huge milestone as I head off on my very first trip in my partially built stealth camper. Rather than waiting for the van to be completely finished, I wanted to get out there, experience life on the road, and learn how she wants to be built. Of course... things don't exactly go to plan! Between road closures, getting lost, losing phone signal, and a few unexpected detours, this trip quickly became an adventure I wasn't expecting. But I've learnt that when you're travelling solo, it's often the moments that don't go to plan that lead to the most memorable experiences.
