Bowspring Pelvic Floor and Hip Opening
This Bowspring sequence that focuses on the energizing effects of keeping a long and open central channel. The central channel can be thought of as an "S" shaped curvy tube, about the diameter of your neck, that starts at the crown of your head and ends at the pelvic floor. Keeping this area curvy and open allows for unobstructed prana and increased energy. It is also very healing for the pelvic floor and neck areas. This yoga practice is done using the Bowspring alignment.
