This started as a pretty simple kit canopy... but it was missing one important detail. In this Heinkel He 162 build, I scratch-built a brass internal canopy frame, added a canopy release latch, refined the guns, installed a new pitot tube, and upgraded several smaller details to make the aircraft look more realistic.
