In today’s vlog, Lionel kicks it off with his "Breakfast with Bob" interview, sharing some of his pre-race thoughts. After that, the Norwegian boys are back in town, and they hit the open water for a swim session with Lionel. It’s always fun when they’re around, and today was all about getting in a solid swim before heading out for a long run through the lava fields. We’re dialing in the pace and testing out nutrition with race day right around the corner. Another day in Kona, another step closer to the big show.
