Dr. Carol Anne Williams, San Diego Civic Organist Emerita and a world-renowned organist with a D.M.A. from Manhattan School of Music, an Artist Diploma from Yale, and fellowships like FRCO and ARAM. I read music before English and trained at the Royal Academy of Music, studying with masters like Daniel Roth in Paris. From 2001 to 2017, I directed North America’s largest organ concert series in San Diego, becoming the first female Civic Organist. I’ve performed globally, collaborating with symphonies, jazz, and pop artists.
