Weekend sail from Dartmouth to The Channel Islands
Join us as we travel from Dartmouth across the English Channel to Guernsey for the weekend. First of all, apologies for not posting videos recently but it is the summer and we have been messing about in boats. This was part of a trip from The Starcross Fishing and Cruising Club. An early 1am start from Dartmouth to Guernsey. This was the long weekend of the Queen’s Jubilee Weekend. Heading out early on Thursday morning and returning late on Sunday evening. Once in Guernsey the weather was not up to its usual good standard and so we were forced to stay in St. Peter Port. However, the idea of staying 7 nights at a cost of £280 for the week was a bit too expensive and so we came back after a few days. The return journey was a little better although we had to motor sail this was only a 12-hour journey. Please, Like and Subscribe to our channel as it really helps to keep us sailing and filming. Please leave comments and suggestions too as these are great to read. Happy sailing!
