Prophecy in the Jason & Medea myth

Prophecy, maybe more than anything else, dominates the myth of Jason & Medea. The Argonauts bring practitioners of divinatory art on their trip to help them diagnose ritual matters, plan ahead, and atone for divine wrath. Medea and her family, meanwhile, all have access to prophecy through their familial ties to the all-seeing Sun.
