Penn Etienne is a dedicated and passionate servant of Our Lord Jesus Christ, an anointed minister and a revelational teacher of the Word of God. This calling is the driving force behind his leadership role as the Set Man of the Apostolic Christian Network, a ministry rooted in Bambili, located in the vibrant city of Bamenda, in the North West Region of Cameroon.
