Although we don't want to accept it, we've reached the end of one of the most special and successful periods in Turkish CS history. With Coach Fabre's official departure from Aurora, the long-discussed disintegration and globalization of the Turkish organization is unfortunately becoming a reality. In the first part of the video, I discuss the "leaf fall" rumors that Spunj started on his HLTV podcast about 3 months ago. Repeating these discussions in the middle of a Major tournament wasn't ethical. I'm talking about Aurora, which, even though we didn't win a trophy, accustomed us to watching playoffs and semi-finals in S-Tier tournaments as "a normal thing." In the second part, I focus directly on Fabre's official statements. Behind this departure, which was thought to be forced by the club, are health problems resulting from 5 years of uninterrupted esports work, a need for rest, and his upcoming marriage in 8-9 days. Why was it important for Virtus.Pro to manage this process without falling into the same mistake as n0rb3r7?
