Today we make delicious sausages wrapped in batter or sausages in a dressing gown. This is a particularly easy recipe with few ingredients. My husband likes to take these sausages to work and eat them on his break. He's always happy about these sausages. Simply put everything in a bowl and then wrap the batter around the sausages. Super easy and tastes really great. Alternatively, you can of course also use poultry sausages or simply vegan sausages. You can vary this recipe very easily and it always tastes great. You can also leave out the sesame if you don't have a home. I only took the sesame because I still had some lying around at home. Have fun with this recipe and feel free to leave a comment. First we put 400ml milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl and mix everything. 2. Now we add about 7g of dry yeast. The yeast can easily be dissolved in the milk. 3. Now we gradually add approx. 550g flour (type 405) to the bowl and make a nice dough out of it. 4. In between we add about 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil. 5. Knead everything well to form a nice and slightly sticky dough. 6. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour. 7. The batter is enough for about 20 to 30 sausages with this recipe. 8. After about 1 hour, our dough is ready and ready for further processing. 9. Cut the dough in half and roll it out by hand and then cut small pieces of dough out of the dough. 10. We shape the dough pieces into balls. 11. We roll out the dough balls and wrap them around the sausages. 12. Off to the baking sheet with our sausages. 13. We will now brush the sausages with an egg and put sesame on top. 14. In the oven at 200C °, top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes. 15. Our sausages in a batter / dressing gown are ready.
