Following a "suspicious document" sent to the local prefectural police headquarters and various newspapers, the TV station commissions its subsidiary to produce fabricated footage about the governor's alleged power harassment, the truth of which is uncertain. Suzuko is asked by the victim, who was subjected to aggressive interviewing, to stop the broadcast of the footage...
