Director and screenwriter Kinshiro Ogino, drawing on his own experience as a former director at TV Asahi's "Super J Channel," conceived this film based on the idea that "in today's society, it's necessary to have the ability to discern information for oneself, rather than passively receiving it." The film incorporates scenes of bias, such as "leading interviews," "blurred comment editing," and "creating evasive footage," allowing viewers to experience firsthand how biased reporting is actually produced. Set against the backdrop of the "stifling, hierarchical society" that Director Ogino actually experienced, the film entertains with a realistic portrayal of the little-known world of television news reporting. It depicts the exhilarating story of a director at a subcontracting production company who stands up against the "bad practices" of the upper management of the television station that is the main contractor. Miyuki Torii plays the protagonist, Suzuko Aburagami. She was cast because "she doesn't deviate from her own worldview and exudes a presence that transcends even the boundaries of television.
