Two-pot system: companies not paying contributions
Pension Funds Adjudicator's Muvhango Lukhaimane is concerned about the high number of complaints against companies reportedly not paying employees' contributions. The tribunal says many employees encounter this problem when trying to cash out their savings as per the two-pot system, which was implemented on 1 September 2024. Lukhaimane has more to say.
