Finally, another nice, relaxing walk and a delicious lunch accompanied by a beautiful view of my beloved mountains. After a short walk of less than an hour, we first satisfy our hunger with a typical South Tyrolean appetizer ;) speck and cheese. Then we prepare a Bushcraft Hamburger with a typical local bread called Pane alla Contadina, used for toasted sandwiches. The bread is filled with grilled tomatoes, roasted onions, meat, and cheese. That's why I called it "Hamburger alla Contadina."
