FULL BODY SWEAT, STRENGTH, & STRETCH: Chair Cardio, Upper Body , Legs, Core -Strength, & Chair Yoga

This is the best of all the chair workouts. We start this 30 minute chair workout with fat burning cardio exercises. These seated cardio exercises will have the heart rate elevated and stay easy on the joints. As always we keep it to low impact exercises. We move on to body weight strength exercises to work on seated upper body muscles. Including chest, shoulders, back, triceps, and biceps. We gently work with exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff. These upper body strength exercises will keep us nice and strong. They will also give us great arm toning exercises. We will also be including gentle leg strengthening exercises and core toning. We transition smoothy into our chair yoga to stretch and lengthen those muscles. Leaving you improving muscle tone and feeling nice and relaxed. This workout is great for anyone looking for a good low impact workout but may need special consideration for injuries, arthritis, carpal tunnel, or low back pain. It is suitable for all fitness levels and is great as a chair workout for seniors, seated workout, seated workout for seniors, seated yoga workout, seated workout for beginners, and as a chair workout for beginners.
