SEATED UPPER BODY PILATES & YOGA: 20 Min Workout For Toned Arms, Strength, & Posture, Gentle Pilates
Today we are working on arm strengthening and posture strengthening exercises. Working with gentle exercises for toned upper body muscles including back, biceps, triceps, chest, and shoulders. We will also be using this as a posture improvement workout. We end this workout with a really great gentle chair yoga flow. We are taking this chair yoga and focusing on the neck, upper back, shoulders, and neck. Our poses start very small and we slowly build to keep re-lengthening out those muscles. Our gentle yoga will help to loosen up with stretches for neck and shoulder pain related to tightness and tension. This gentle seated yoga is also a great way to avoid neck pain and shoulder pain if you are prone to feeling tightness in those body areas. Our chair arm slimming workout is gentle and great for everyone.
