This is an absolutely custom-made turnkey project designed for Italian producer of various types of bread. It is another example of a complete line for baking toast bread including full range of processes – from taking dough from divider up to receiving the final product from the oven outfeed. Equipment includes an automatic tray-carrier proofer, a mesh-belt oven, conveying and storing systems.
