He served as an executive officer before leaving the company in 2020. In 2006, he received the Chairman's Award, given by Bill Gates to Microsoft employees worldwide who excel. Currently, while serving as representative of his own company, he is also active in a wide range of fields, including as a visiting professor at the University of the Ryukyus, a full-time faculty member at Musashino University, an advisor to startups, a mentor for NPOs, and a host of seminars and lectures.
