Mexicano ABRE TAQUERÍA en JAPÓN y crea el TACO de CHASHU 🌮🇯🇵

Authentic Tacos in Yokohama's Chinatown! 🌮⛩️ In this episode, we went to try the new "Tacos Must-ers" located just steps from the station in Yokohama's Chinatown. There we met Tadashi Baba, a culinary graduate with a Japanese father and a Mexican mother, who lived in Mexico City for 42 years before deciding to emigrate to Japan with his wife and daughter in search of security and a better quality of life. He tells us how easy (and at the same time difficult, being a foreigner) it was to open his business, how his daughter adapted to school, and he prepared some incredible delicacies for us. Everything is made right there: the chorizo, the panela cheese, some amazing chalupas, and his great invention, the chashu taco cooked with carnitas.
