Southern 4501 '85: JMJ Productions (1985)
An early example of railroad video producer was Morry Farcus and JMJ Productions; releasing videos of steam excursions in the 1980's. This program looks at the early power of the Southern steam program, focusing mainly on Southern Railway 2-8-2 #4501 during operations in 1985. In addition to 4501 on the mainline, a visit to the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum also finds 2-8-0's #630 and #722 in operation. Like 4051, Consolidation 722 was painted into the green and gold passenger scheme of the Southern Railway. This was in the days before #4501 was modified by the TVRM, before she got a stoker and feedwater heater. This is an re-upload of this title from a new conversion.
