Hope you enjoy this video. I spent four days exploring the ancient capital of Xi’an, once known as Chang’an. One of those days was a day trip to Luoyang, another of China’s ancient capitals, about 1.5 hours away by high-speed rail — that part will appear in my next video. From the Terracotta Army, Huaqing Palace, and the City Wall to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Shuyuanmen Street, this trip was a journey through living history — a city where centuries of culture meet the vibrant energy of everyday life. More than half of the guests were international travelers, which surprised me.
