Potatoes 500g Fish (fillet) 400-450g Onion 1 (150g) Bell pepper 1 (250g) Tomatoes 2-4 Hard cheese 200g Sour cream 200g Water 20g Dice the onion, thinly slice the potatoes, dice the peppers, and slice the tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Lay out the ingredients in layers: Onion Potatoes Salt and pepper to taste Fish Bell pepper Tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in sour cream (add a little water to the sour cream and stir). Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on your oven. It may take longer, so check the potatoes. After 45-50 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and bake until the desired crust is achieved.
