Building an ICF ADU - Installing Fastfoot
We’re continuing the new build series. In this episode, we install Fastfoot footing forms, set all rebar, and pour the concrete footings for this ICF ADU. You’ll see how the Fastfoot system is laid out and braced, how we run and tie rebar throughout the footings, and how we handle the concrete pour from start to finish. This is the stage where the foundation actually gets locked in, and everything from here builds off of this. I’ll be documenting the entire process from dirt work through completion so you can see what it really takes to build a house from the ground up. If you’re interested in ICF construction, ADU builds, or real-world residential construction, follow along with the series.
