It’s light, fluffy and melts in your mouth! • Ingredients • Chocolate base Layer: 3 eggs (room temperature) Granulated sugar - 1/4 cup (50g) Veg Oil - 1/4 cup (60ml) All- purpose Flour - 1 cup (240g) Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp (15g) Baking powder - 1 tsp (5g) • For the Strawberry mousse (1st layer) Fresh strawberries - 450g Whipping cream or milk - 1/4 cup (60ml) whipped cream - 900ml (divide into 3 portions for each layer) powdered sugar - 1 cup (120g) Gelatin - 2 tbsp • For the dark chocolate mousse (2nd layer) dark chocolate (melted) - 100g whipping cream or milk - 1/4 cup (60ml) whipped cream Gelatin - 2 tbsp • For the white chocolate mousse (3rd layer) white chocolate (melted) whipping cream or milk - 1/4 (60ml) whipped cream Gelatin • For the chocolate ganache dark chocolate - 100g milk or whipping cream - 1/3 cup (80ml) • For the topping Shredded chocolate. • Step By Step Preparation Step 1: Bake the chocolate Cake base 1. Pre-heat oven to 160°C (320°F) 2. in a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt. 3. Add milk, veg oil, eggs, and vanilla. mix until smooth. 4. Pour into a lined 8 inch pan 5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes 6. Let it cool completely • Step 2: Prepare strawberry mousse 1. Fresh strawberry ( blend and make puree) 2.
