The Best Fried Chicken in Thailand 🇹🇭 (probably) Thailand’s southern food scene is on another level 🇹🇭 Today in Hat Yai, we tracked down the legendary fried chicken at Kai Tod Decha and honestly… it still lives up to the hype. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned and dangerously addictive! But that was just the start… We also tucked into a fiery southern-style gaeng som loaded with fresh barramundi and coconut shoots, an intensely savoury pad goong sataw kapi packed with stink beans and shrimp paste, plus a whole fried local barramundi (known as seabass in Thailand) drizzled with fish sauce. Every dish absolutely exploded with flavour. Southern Thai food might just be the boldest cuisine in the country. Spicy, punchy, rich and unforgettable.
