For kapsim meat, cut it lengthwise, then bruise it with the back of a knife or skewer it with a meat skewer, then cut it into 3 cm thick cubes. For samcan meat, skewer the skin first with a meat skewer, then skewer the meat as well, then sprinkle the skin with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Rub it evenly over the skin, then cut it into 2 cm thick pieces. 2: Mix and toss both meats thoroughly with ground coriander, salt, ground pepper, crushed garlic, soy sauce, ginger juice, and sesame oil. Stir until well combined, then let it sit for 1 hour. 3: After 1 hour, sprinkle with cornstarch, stir until well combined, then fry in hot oil until cooked through. Remove, drain, and serve with raw onion sambal 😋👌 GARLIC SAMBAL. ============================ INGREDIENTS: ======== -200g Shallots, thinly sliced -50g Red Chili Peppers, thinly sliced -1 tsp Salt -1 tsp Stock Powder -10 tbsp Hot Oil from Frying Beef HOW TO MAKE SAMBAL ========================== *Shallots + chili peppers + stock powder + salt, stir well, then pour over the hot oil from frying the beef.
